Refund Policy

All items must be returned in new or unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Because DryCals are precision measuring instruments manufactured to extremely close tolerances, and because we hand build instruments to order, DryCals returned to Bios more than 30 days since purchase incur a 20% restocking fee, in order to cover our costs for subsequent refurbishment and then recalibration of the product, which is rather extensive, as well as processing costs for restocking a product that was produced to order.

All accessories in the original shipment must be included. (i.e. manuals, warranties, security seals, etc.). We will inspect all returned items and award a partial refund if opened or used. If the return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

How To Place An Order

On our homepage, please click on the store tab. After you finish shopping, please review all the items in your shopping cart to ensure you have selected the correct product and quantity. When you are ready to place your order, click the “Proceed to Checkout”. You will be taken to the Account Login Page.

Returning Customers: Log into your account using the same email address and password used when the account was created. For password assistance, you may click Forgot your password? and we will email you a link to reset your password.

New Customers: New customers will need to create an account. If you are a new customer and have trouble logging in, try logging in as a returning customer. For assistance setting up your account, please contact customer service at Bios International at 800-663-4977.

Step 1 – Enter a Billing Address.

Please enter the full billing address. Your billing address must match the address listed with your credit card company. Be sure to leave the "My shipping address is the same as my billing address" box unchecked if you are entering a different shipping address.

Step 2 – Enter a Shipping Address.

Tell us where you would like to ship your order.

Step 3 – Shipping Options

Please select shipping method. We ship either UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day.

Step 4 – Payment Information

Enter in the credit card type, number, expiration date and card verification.

Step 5 - Order Review

Review all information you entered. If everything is correct, click “Place Order”. You will then receive an order number. An order confirmation will be sent to your email.

How To Return An Item

An RMA (Return Authorization Number) number must be requested before the return. You can request an RMA through our website or by calling one of our Customer Service Representatives at 800-663-4977. Once you are issued an RMA number please make sure the unit is securely packaged. You may ship it any method you desire. Ship to:

Include a letter with the instrument, clearly stating your RMA number and whether you desire a refund or exchange for the returned product.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within 3-5 business days of when you place your order. We ship via UPS Pre Pay & Add only. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice.

On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page.

Track Your Order

When your order is shipped Bios will send a shipping confirmation via email which will include the tracking number. You will be able to track your order on the UPS website, www.ups.com, at any time. If you have any problems please contact a Customer Service Representative at 800-663-4977.

Shipping Rates

We offer 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day shipping. Please note that our shipping options refer to transit time only and require additional time for order processing. All of our shipping fees are based on size and weight, shipping within the continental United States. These fees will be listed at checkout.
