Bios Optimizer™ Software

With Bios Optimizer™ software, you'll do more with your critical calibration data. Optimizer features the 110, 120 (Defender™ Series only) and 130 products and is a convenient way to link your Bios primary gas flow standards and devices to any Windows-based personal computer.

Our basic Optimizer 110 standalone software is included with all Bios products featuring Proven DryCal® Technology. Optimizer 110 connects your Bios device to your PC through its serial port and automatically captures and graphs all flow measurements, while saving them as an ASCII text file.

For the convenience of occupational health and safety professionals, the Defender Series may be upgraded to Optimizer 120 in order to create a comprehensive sampling pump calibration database. We couldn't agree more that defending lives is important work, and Optimizer 120 helps you and your Defender to better meet this responsibility.

Upgrading your Bios Met Lab® Series and Integrator™ 110 to Bios Optimizer 130 gives you the ability to automate complex multi-setpoint calibrations, store important information about your flow measurement devices and record your calibration data to a robust SQL database for a secure audit trail. At any time, you may quickly recall your Device Under Test (DUT) data for analysis or presentation. Optimizer 130's automation means no more time-consuming handwritten reports or wasteful paper records – just automated flow calibrations at the push of a button (and a click of the mouse).
