Bios Gas Flow Bench
Bios Gas Flow Benches offer practical engineered solutions for calibration of gas flow measurement devices using proven DryCal® technology. Bios flow benches are configured to provide the stable flow critical to the calibration process. Our configurations use different components to connect the gas source, regulate pressure, control the flow, and direct the flow to a specific device being calibrated against a DryCal® standard. The Bios Flow Benches are pre-configured for specific applications. They are available in different configurations.

| MFC Flow Bench | A Gas Flow Delivery System used for calibrating Mass Flow Controllers (MFCs) where the exhaust of the MFC is at atmospheric pressure. Includes an on-off valve, precision pressure regulator, pressure gauge, and MFC mounting stand. This flow bench is designed for a maximum gas flow of 50 Liters per min. Requires customer connection to a gas source of approximately 100 psi. For use with the Met Lab Series |
| Back Pressure Module | This add-on Module allows calibration of device under test (DUT) at back pressure of up to 60 PSI. Includes a Pressure gauge and a Back Pressure Regulator. Requires (100-025 or 100-030H/L). This flow bench is designed for a maximum gas flow of 50 Liters per min. For use with the Met Lab Series. |
| Calibration System FTS Flow Bench | Calibration Station- Definer 110/FTS calibration System; includes Gast pump, digital manometer & flow bench. In addition, an ML-500 is required for laboratory calibration of flow transfer standards such as the Bios Definer 110 or Chinook Engineering Streamline FTS. The flow bench includes an adapter and needle valve. This calibration station is designed for a maximum gas flow of 30 Liters per min. For use with the Met Lab Series. |

Includes a precision pressure regulator, high side pressure gauge, needle valve for 5 to 50 SLM and A/B valve for needle valve outlet, two sonic nozzles for flows from 50 to 500 SLM with a A/B valve for sonic nozzle output.
